Shipping policy

At DOLVÉA™, we take pride in preparing and packaging every order with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package, destination, and available carrier service.

Orders are shipped using available carrier services, with estimated delivery times generally ranging from 2–6 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier selected.

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DOLVÉA™ is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
